How it works: Vendor Resources

When the customer has exchanged his gift certificate, you can:

• search by using the certificate number
• or click on the offer you are looking for and a list of dates associated with the gift certificates sold will be displayed.

You can view the serial numbers of the gift certificates sold in "View Certificate List" (please refer to the date indicated on the voucher) then you can click on "Marked as Redeemed" to mark this gift as 'sold'. Or export the data to an Excel file by clicking "Export Gift Certificate List".

An overview of the printed gift certificate is also accessible via the "View Certificate" field.
