HOW DOES IT WORK?

HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE?

Please note that you will have the chance to enjoy the newest weekly deals starting at 10 a.m. EST every Wednesday.

SAVING IS QUICK AND EASY!

• Log in by entering your username and password. If you do not have a username, click here to create one in minutes.
  
  
• Click on the Select button of the gift certificate you wish to purchase and it will be added to your shopping cart.
  • Please note that the gift certificates can either be mailed OR printed. (Printable gift certificates are not always available for every offers. It is the vendor's decision whether or not to use this option).
  • Note the envelope icon for all mailed gift certificates and the printer icon for all printable e-gift certificates.

• When finished, click on your shopping cart and follow the instructions to make the payment.
  
  
• Do not forget to complete your transaction until the end by following the steps to make your purchases.
  
  
• You will receive a confirmation email when the transaction is complete.

HOW TO FIND AND PRINT YOUR PURCHASES?

If you purchased a gift certificate that can be shipped, your order will be processed within two (2) business days after your transaction on the website. You will usually receive your package within three (3) business days once it has shipped (shipping fees are $5). However, please note that once your package is mailed, we are not responsible for delays encountered by Canada Post.

If you purchased an electronic gift certificate, you will find it in your SHOPICO account. 

Electronic gift certificates are not sent by e-mail. In order to retrieve your electronic gift certificates:

1. Log in;
2. Click on "Profile";
3. Click on “View Orders”;
4. Select the “E-certificates” needed;
5. Find the order number of the item that you wish to print;
6. Click on “Print certificate” to open the Print window and print your gift certificate.

Please note: You will have 3 attempts to print your gift certificate.
