Les Fumoirs Dickey's offers a local interpretation of a world-renowned Texas tradition thanks to the family recipe dating back to 1941. With local ingredients, the menu includes local flavors from the Sausage Guys, St-Georges Cheese Factory and Cookshire's rural microbrewery of the 11 counties.
Taste marinated and smoked meats specially on site. Smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, St. Louis ribs, Polish sausages, spicy cheddar sausages and smoked marinated chicken. Your meals are completed with a wide range of homemade accompaniments: barbecue beans, macaroni and cheese, potato salads, cabbage or even an essential poutine!
And as if that weren't enough, our family tradition invites children 11 years old and under to eat for free on Sundays!
