About the company
Located in the heart of the city of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, our nearly 3,500 square foot yoga studio is located in a historic building that once housed the administrative offices of the Singer company. Yogis of all levels are invited to come and enjoy our vast studio including a modern reception, three yoga rooms, a yoga accessories shop, a health bistro and a relaxation area. In addition to the yoga styles we have been teaching since our inception (Hatha, Kundalini, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Children's Yoga, Meditation, etc.). We now have quality facilities allowing an even more diversified practice including: hot yoga, plank yoga, wall yoga.
